All Sales Final

All items offered by Wilde Aesthetics are final sale. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antique, vintage, and fine jewelry pieces, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all descriptions, photographs, and measurements carefully before purchasing. We make every effort to represent each piece accurately and transparently.

Condition & Authenticity

Every item is inspected, tested, and described in good faith by a certified appraiser and professional gemologist.
Any known condition details—such as patina, age-related wear, or restoration—will be clearly disclosed in the product listing.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event an item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at katie@wildeaesthetics.com with clear photographs of the packaging and item.
We will file an insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf and work with you toward a resolution.
